After 160,000 years our species still hasn't got the evolutionary message

Why is it that after all this time on the evolutionary scale, that us humans have not achieved "going on heat".This, for  a period of time each year,just as most other species have.

The species that breed all year round are mostly in plague or "pest" proportions and have to be "culled" by us humans from time to time

However,apart from the odd pandemic,say once in a hundred years or so, our species can't stop fucking or thinking about fucking.Mother nature has failed our species,so far.

With about 8 Billion of us souls on this planet and counting,just how long is it going to be before our medical people have to invent a plan to "stop the rot".

Any crowd of people in any"walk" of life has a natural limit to being able to be controlled.For example say a book club has 220 members and is functioning well.An influx of say another 100 members,during a membership "drive" may "tip" effective control into unknown territory.

I remember "in a past life" that I  was a member of an elite book club.It gave it's members a choice of "the best of the best" household name authors and current top selling novels.

Enter the big membership "drive".With the addition of a great many new members. The elite book club became a "free for all" for gardening and fishing and yoga books,to name a few.After a few months the once elite novels by great authors became lost to "what appealed to the masses".A brand new management team was the order of the day.

Perhaps in evolutionary terms 160,000 years for modern humans as we are now, is just a small "blimp" on the evolutionary scale.

Maybe we have superseded the natural order of things,as an "alpha" species and need to "get our house in order" ourselves

Post Covit whenever that may be, has to be a "cautionary tale".

We cannot afford to let the earths population "blow out" to say 12 Billion. All the infrastructures to handle it, must be put slowly in place first.If not, then us humans may have to go on a major "cull" of our own species.

This has been envisaged by Hollywood in a scary movie,set in the future,made way back in the 1980's.In the movie between the hours of ten at night and six in the morning, it was "legal" to go out into the streets, and murder our fellow humans.A loud siren in each area would signal the beginning and end of this massive "killing spree".

Us humans have to face the bleak reality, of sometime in the not too distant future,of maybe the unthinkable.
