Waking with your fingers buried within yourself is embarrassing alone, but to wake with the monster that pushed you to that has to be one of the top low points in any person’s life. Sir smirked as I jerked my hand away.

“Good girl,” he crooned. Bile filled my mouth. The realization of how far I would have gone to orgasm was frightening. “Whether or not you open that sexy mouth your eyes speak for you. The horror of how far I pushed you is frightening. You are my submissive, Kendall. I knew it from the first.”

“Fu-“, clearing my throat I corrected my words. Only then noticing the gag was gone. “No. I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“See, you have already learned to watch what you say. Magnificent. Amazing how fast you’ve caught on in just a few days.”

“I will never just give myself over to the man who took me away from my life!”

“If you don’t want me I’ll never force you. Believe it or not there are some choices. Now let’s get you out of this lounger and into the shower.” Sir said in a tone so calm you would have thought he kidnapped college students every day. Maybe he did.

Mentally I screamed. “Firefly, if you keep looking at me that way you’re going to receive another punishment.”

Cold fear made my body stiff as Sir chuckled and lifted me. Too exhausted to fight I let Sir bathe me without fuss. He carefully washed my hair, taking time to blow dry it straight. It felt nice. I had regained enough strength to shuffle back to the bedroom on my own feet. He escorted me to the pallet, tucking me in like a child.

The next morning I woke to a beautiful breakfast on a food tray on the floor. My stomach let out a yell. I sat for a moment considering if the spread was for me then the thought crossed my mind that I didn’t really care. What? I was going to let it sit there and get cold? Plus it was on the floor instead of the table at the opposite side of the room. Deciding crawling was easier because walking wasn’t  going to be the most stable option; I made my way to the feast.

“There is my girl.” A deep male voice said from behind me. I gritted my teeth as rocks settled into my stomach. “Don’t let me stop you from eating. Enjoy.”

“Not hungry.” I said through my molars. A quick exhale left me as a hard tug whipped my head back to look into Sir’s smiling eyes. He was truly a maniac.

“You will eat or be punished. Pick one.” He was so close I felt the heat of his breath on my skin.

“Menace,” I hissed under my breath while dipping what looked to be homemade French toast into some strawberry preserve. He just laughed quietly then pulled a string on by the wall revealing the mirror from the morning before. I was beginning to hate my own reflection. There I sat naked on the floor with a dog collar around my neck and blood colored jam covering my hands and mouth. I looked feral. The jackass hadn’t given me any silverware but there was no way I was going to ask for any. If a touch can make him kidnap me God only knows what asking for something would get me.

“When did you start cutting yourself?” My startled gaze swung to Sir.

“Wh- what? I do not know what your tal-”

“Don’t. I have bathed you over the past few days, remember? Lying is unacceptable. I saw the scars.”

“I don’t want to talk about it,” I hissed.

“I know but that was not what I asked you, is it?” His gaze was unyielding.

“Two years ago,” I whispered.

“Why did you start?”

“I don’t want to talk about it!” I was starting to shake. Sir kneeled by my side and began to rub tight circles over my chest.

“Breathe, Firefly. I got you. It’s ok. We don’t have to talk about it right now.” The panic receded slowly. After taking a deep breath I realized I had received comfort from Sir.

“Don’t touch me!” I screeched. He stiffened and stood.

“As you wish.” Fear froze me. Now what?!
