She looked at herself, wondering why she even thought for a moment that it would be a good idea to travel by herself. She only had her cabin luggage with her, while her big luggage was still stuck in New York because of a dimwit who didn't know the difference between China Eastern Airlines and China Airlines, which was obviously not the same airliners...

All of her stuff from Shampoo to Razor blades were in her big luggage and unfortunately for Daisy, she'd need to wait until Friday to retrieve her luggage, which was only in 3 days.

"Miss Cooper, we have the unfortunate regret to inform you that we don't have any free rooms until 10 O' Clock in the morning." Actually it's not as if Daisy hadn't be aware of this. She was told last week in an email that it would probably be impossible to get her room during the middle of the night. She was exhausted, in the need of a shower, and had no shampoo or body wash to refresh herself.

"Ok... So I will have to sleep in the lobby?" She asked the hotel clerk at the reception. She didn't really see herself sleeping in the lobby while everyone would pass by there while looking down at her as if she was some hobo.

"No, no, no worries. You won't sleep in here. We have a beautiful lounge nearby the restaurant by the sea. There are sofas, books, toilets and even  showers to refresh yourself from the long flights you've had." The Thai man smiled at her when all of sudden his brow rose, curious about her luggage.

"Do you just have this small luggage?" Daisy wished she'd just have this luggage, at least she wouldn't have to worry about it being lost or retarded somewhere in New York, or even worse; Shanghai. "No... Actually my other luggage is being delayed somewhere in New York, I did fill a report at the Airport about it, and they said they'd send me my luggage as soon as it will reach the airport, which should be in about 3 or 4 days."

"Ok Madame. Please follow me, I'll show you where you can sleep for the remaining of the night." Even if the hotel clerk was being a real gentleman, Daisy would've preferred to get her room for the night, but when the clerk showed her the spacious lounge decorated with red and pink balloons for the Valentine Day party that took place hours ago, Daisy realized that it could be worse... Like sleeping in a dirty hotel room in Patong for an instance. She smiled at the Clerk and offered him 100 Baht to thank him for his good service. The clerk took the bill and thanked Daisy by placing the hands together and lowering down his head "Kob Kun Ka! Towels will be available to you in the lounge."

"You're welcome." The clerk finally left Daisy by herself and  the woman began to explore the spacious lounge. It even had 5 toilets and 3 Shower rooms. Daisy's blue eyes widened, surprised to see Shampoo and Body Wash offered in the shower room. "Oh my god!!!" She squealed of excitement at the sight of the two bottles. Even though she didn't have her shower poof, she was still happy to be able to rinse off her body from all the sweat and weird odors that stuck to herself during her 15 hours flight from New York to Shanghai, not to mention her last flight from Shanghai to Phuket that lasted a good 5 hours. She knew the lounge was a public space, anyone in the hotel could walked into it since it was connecting the restaurant by the sea to the rest of the hotel and pools. The showers and toilets were located downstairs, and once again anyone from the hotel could have stopped by there. At least she knew it was late in the middle of the night and probably everyone in the hotel were asleep in their rooms. Bringing her cabbing luggage with her, Daisy headed toward the Showers room.

Entering in one of the shower, Daisy closed the curtain, not really wishing for anyone to stumble on her while showering. Taking off her clothes and throwing them over the curtain bar, Daisy washed herself under the warm water, enjoying the refreshing sensation of the water and body wash running down her slim silhouette. When she was done showering, Daisy swore when she realized she had forgotten the towels upstairs in the lounge. "For fuck sake, how retarded can I be??!?" She treated herself like an idiot, angry that she had forgotten the towels. Just before she could push the curtain aside, the voice belonging to a man startled her.

"Looking for this?" He asked her while tossing a towel over the curtain bar. Quickly grabbing the towel and wrapping her naked body with it, Daisy didn't feel like opening her curtain to see the man standing behind it. "Well, thank you!" His accent wasn't Thai at all. He sounded like someone from Canada or The USA, which kinda reassured her in the first place.

Pushing aside the curtain while holding the towel up above her chest, Daisy awkwardly smiled to the tall man in front of her.

"Thanks."  She thanked him again, hoping he would leave her alone for the rest of the night. "No Problem!" He said before departing the showers room, leaving Daisy by herself. She made sure the man was gone before she took off her towel to dress herself with a pair of fresh undies and a small white nightgown. The only presence left to her was that of a cat guarding the lounge from Mice and other rodents found on the hotel resort.

"Great!" Said Daisy while rolling her eyes. Taking a walk upstairs back to the lounge room, Daisy opened the TV to watch a bit of the news, until the clerk from the front desk joined her again. "Sorry to disturb you Madame, perhaps would you prefer to leave your luggage to the bell boy for the rest of the night?" Daisy disagreed, she wanted to keep her luggage with her, not feeling like losing this one as well! Daisy lie down on the sofa, watching the TV and keeping her passeport, money, and important travel documents close to her. Even though she had been offered the spacious lounge to sleep, Daisy wasn't capable of closing her eyes. Instead she called her mother, explaining her what had happened with her luggage and the next thing she knew, 6:30 AM arrived quicker than she thought. The same Thai hotel clerk encountered Daisy again, giving her a pink ticket that would allow her to have her free breakfast at the restaurant next to the lounge. Of course she didn't really see herself entering in the restaurant just wearing a nightgown that was obviously going to disturb some of the men already checking out the breakfast buffet.

Returning downstairs to the same shower rooms where she washed herself few hours ago, Daisy changed herself back into a pair of addidas short, with a blue navy T-shirt and a pair of Nike Running shoes. Rushing upstairs to the breakfast buffet, her phone rang as one of her friends called her with the Messenger App. Answering the call, Daisy quickly babbled about the strange encounter with the man in the shower rooms.

"Tell me, was he cute?" Daisy sighed when her friend demanded her about the man. "Nope, yes, I mean nope!!! He wouldn't be your kind anyway!" Of course Daisy knew Samantha was into men with muscles and tattoos, and the man she had encountered in the shower rooms was just your average guy... But he seemed to be in shape though, not like those men invading Samantha's fantasies, but still in Shape for a man of his age. It's not as if he was an old man, probably mid 40's thought Daisy.

"Hello? Still there Daisy?" Samantha called out for Daisy who had gone silent for a moment. "Yeah, yeah I'm still there. Just thinking about something, you know..."

"I know? Nope, I don't. Is there something I should know Daisy?!" Once again Daisy couldn't help rolling her eyes when Samantha began bothering her. "Just forget it Samantha, nothing important at this point. Hey look, I'm really hungry, I'll call you later when I'll move in my room." She wasn't that hungry, but she didn't feel like speaking with Samantha on the phone and hearing her about how she should have fucked the man right away in the shower. Rummaging for her pink ticket in her travel documents, Daisy headed inside the restaurant and was seated for the breakfast buffet after telling her name to the young host. As the waiter approached her and asked Daisy if she wanted coffee, the small woman spotted from the corner of her eyes the man she met in the shower room, except this time he wasn't by himself but with a blonde woman around 5'9". Daisy felt a knot forming in her stomach and decided to ignore the man when he smiled to her.

"No Coffee, thanks!" She knew it sounded rude, especially after he had been kind enough to bring her a towel. Daisy still thought it was weird that this man had been in the shower rooms at this late hour. Shower rooms that were NOT used by people in the middle of the night, because every goddamn rooms in the complex were equipped with bathrooms and showers. Still it was a mystery to her how this man had been there, just when she needed her shower. Daisy was beginning to think that he had spied her, or some crazy stuff coming straight out of a Sharon Stone movie.

Gathering her courage, Daisy stood up and quickly strolled toward the bread section of the buffet, only to bumped into the same woman that was with the mysterious man. "Oh, I'm so sorry! I'm a bit distracted after 34 hours without sleeping!" Explained Daisy. The woman displayed a bright smile to Daisy, even amused. "No worries! I'm fine! My name is Isabella and yours?" The last thing Daisy wanted was to become friend with that woman, not because she didn't seem nice, but because she was going out with that MAN!

"Nice to meet you Isabella... I'm Dolores!" Daisy didn't even know why she felt obligated to lie about her name, but she felt it would probably save her at some point. "There she is, I see that you've met my sister Isabella." Paralyzed she was as the mysterious man approached her and informed her that Isabella wasn't his wife, nor his fuck friend, but his SISTER. He flashed her a smile and Daisy almost blushed when she noticed the perfect set of teeth in his mouth. She was just hoping it wasn't a denture though. Grilling a piece of bread on the toaster, Daisy retrieved it and returned back to her table, not in the mood to continue the encounter.

"My name is Bradley!" Daisy heard the mysterious man from afar revealing her his name, as if she really needed this. She could actually feel him following her to her table. "Yes?" Daisy wanted to know why he was standing next to her table. "And yours?" She couldn't even believe that he was this curious. "I already told your sister about my name..." Even though Daisy thought he was an handsome bloke, she didn't want to hang out with these two during her trip to Phuket, she wanted to take the opportunity to think about herself for the next two weeks. Just when she thought that Bradley would leave, he leaned onto her and whispered into her ear.

"Lying is bad, Dolores isn't your real name, I've heard you pronouncing your name to the restaurant host when you enter few minutes ago. Daisy, right?" She raised her blue eyes to the man and pushed away her food plate before standing up. "Yea right... Whatever man!" Daisy exited the Buffet restaurant and headed back to the reception to see if her room was ready..
