In life you lusted,

I held you and trusted.

I believed,

Yet time again you deceived.

Heart broken,

To you a token.

A collection of trinkets,

Another as the sun sets.

What I have built,

Destroyed have you in guilt.

What's left, no more,

You took it all with your ravens claw.

Paid the piece to the reaper,

Scythe armed, cut deeper.

Love has two sides for those that witness it,

You choose to be blinded, shadowed in light low lit.

Ceremony comes with a price,

Second think it, do you think twice.

Love will dance it's dance for all to see,

But what side does it show, I'll stay in the dark so just let me be me.
