Summary

"I thought you loved me!", I yelled at the top of my blood filled throat, saltly warm liquid squirting from my lips. My ribs felt battered as I cried on the floor, watching the only guy I could ever love walk away. "Brandon!" "No one could ever love a girl who needs to be cleansed...."

“Come on Corrie!”, my mother yells from downstairs as the ringing dings in my ears. I sigh with hatred as I throw my suitcase down and at my door. We were moving to another city. This means get new friends, get use to new neighbors, and be the new girl at school. My father, worker at Pixie Hox, a well known clothing organization for teens, got a promotion.

“Were moving!”, he yelled in excitement over dinner as my older sister, Sarah, and mother smiled with delight.

“A better house!”, mom says in a squealing voice due to the fact of mother hating the old country side looking home.

“New neighbors!”, Sarah says in a sigh, hating the neighbors we have due to their hygiene and rudeness.

“New friends...”, I mumbled under my voice as I stared at my uneaten chicken, moved peas, and empty mash potatoe area. “I don’t want to move”

“But...it’s a promotion!”, dad explains.

“I know what a promotion is father, I’m not stupid. I don’t wanna move...I like it here.”

“Well obviously we don’t care what you want”, Sarah says, rolling her blue eyes and taking a bite of her chicken. I growl at her.

“Well obviously you don’t care about your growing weight either which is probably why you cant put that thigh down.”

My sister is secretly anorexic, feeling fat after her boyfriend mentioned her gaining a few pounds ever since they got together. She looked at her food and put the thigh down as my mother gasped.

“Corrie!”, she yells at me as I shrug. “What have I said about that!?”

“Don’t call her fat”, I recalled, “but I didn’t call her fat”

“You did so you little wrist cutter!”, Sarah yelled back

“To be most fair, I said growing weight, not you are weight, you ignorant fat blonde”

“You just called me fat!”

“Not the first time!”

“Cut it out you too!”, my father said with a slam to the table as everyone stared at him. My sister and mine blue eyes met before she stood up and excused herself with her barely touched plate.

“Corrie were moving and that’s that!”, my father said as I gasped and growled, not even taking my plate as I stormed out of the kitchen of non understandment.

“Corrie!”, my mom yelled for a final time before I yelled out my door.

“Im not going!”

Unfortunetly im small enough to carried, even by my own mother.
