The butterflies in his stomach were dancing and his chest was tight. The last time he tried this, he ended up with twelve stitches and a broken leg. But he was not going to give up now. He took a deep breath and opened the door.

He stared blankly at the bed across the room from the door. It had shiny silk bed sheets with black stitches. Under the magnificent sheets, there was a lump that moved slightly as he tiptoed across the room. Suddenly the lump threw the sheets off, to reveal a pale woman with thick bags under her tired eyes. The boy froze where he was.

“What are you doing in here?” The woman asked in a low, rasping voice.

“I was coming to give you your medicine, and ask you a question.” The boy stuttered.

“Why would I answer your question?” The woman asked.

“If you don’t, I won’t give you your medicine.” The boy said with little courage in his voice.

“You don’t have the guts to do that to me, boy.” The woman laughed hysterically.

“I do, and I will.” The boy said shaking a little.

“Alright, what is your question son?” The woman asked seeing that he was serious.

“I want to go to the movies with my friend Chase.” The boy said shuddering.

“You can’t go. I forbid you to leave this house.” The woman said coldly.

“If I can’t go, then you can’t have your medicine.” The boy said turning to leave.

“Wait! You can go as long as you give me my medicine!” She screamed.

“Great, I’ll be gone all night and won’t be back until after noon tomorrow.” The boy said, walking back to the bed and handing the woman her medicine.

“Nathaniel, you will regret black mailing me.” The woman said as she watched the boy leave the room. He closed the door behind him and slumped against it. He had finally done it. Chase had been waiting for months to go to the movies with Nathan, but he could never get up the courage to ask his mother. Today he had finally done it, and just in the nick of time because tomorrow was Chase’s birthday and he had asked Nathan to go with him to the movie. That was the only present he wanted from Nathan, and he had finally been able to do it. Nathan ran to his room and grabbed the bag he had already packed. Just as Nathan was reaching the door, he heard a crash in his mother’s room. He dropped his bag and ran up to his mother’s room. She had been sick for such a long time that he feared that he had pushed her too far. When he tried to open the door, it was blocked and he could not get in. He started banging on the door, but to no avail.

“Mother, are you alright?” He screamed from his side of the door. He thought he heard a sound, and so he put his ear to the door. What he heard, was the sound of hysterical laughter, but it was not his mother’s. The laugh sounded to be coming from more than one person. Nathan banged on the door harder and harder, trying to push it open. Finally, he managed to open the door, just enough to see inside. All he saw was his mother standing on top of her bed cackling like a witch. She slowly turned her head to look at the door. Nathan saw her smile at him with teeth that looked as sharp as daggers. He pulled the door closed and ran down the stairs. He didn’t even stop to pick up his forgotten bag, he just ran as fast as he could. He ran for nearly fifteen minutes before he got to Chase’s house. He banged on the door, his lungs feeling like they had been lit on fire. Chase opened the door and Nathan ran in, slamming the door behind him.

“What’s the matter? You look like you’ve seen a ghost.” Chase said grabbing Nathan by the shoulders. Nathan slumped to the floor, still trying to catch his breath. By the time he calmed down, Chase had him sitting on the couch with a glass of water in his hand.

“Are you alright?” Chase asked sitting next to Nathan on the couch.

“I think my mother has gone crazy.”  Nathan said in hardly more than a whisper.

“Your mother has been crazy. I’ve been trying to tell you that for months now.” Chase said urging Nathan to drink the water.

“I never believed you until tonight.” Nathan said sipping his water.

“What did she do to you?” Chase asked with concern in his voice.

“I’m not sure. She just looked at me with this smile that scared me half to death.” Nathan said setting the cup down on the coffee table in front of them.

“It’s alright. You can stay here tonight. We will call a doctor in the morning.” Chase said getting up and holding his hand out to help Nathan.

“Thanks, by the way I can go to the movies with you.” Nathan said grabbing Chase’s hand and standing up.

“That’s great! The movie doesn’t start until eight, so we can just hang out here until then.” Chase said with a smile.

Chase and Nathan walked upstairs to Chase’s room. Chase closed the door behind them and led Nathan to the bed. They both sat down.

“Hey Nathan, there’s something I’ve been meaning to tell you for a while now.” Chase said nervously.

“I’ve been wanting to tell you something too, but I couldn’t talk about it at school and my mother wouldn’t let me see you.” Nathan said shyly.

“I really hope we are talking about the same thing.” Chase laughed.

“If we aren’t then this might get a little awkward.” Nathan said smiling. Chase reached out his hand and caressed Nathan’s cheek. Nathan reached up and grabbed his hand. He held it for a moment, then let go.

“What’s the matter?” Chase asked sadly.

“I forgot my bag at home. It had all of the things I needed for tonight in it. I have to go get it.” Nathan said standing up.

“What about your mother? She might hurt you.” Chase said grabbing Nathan’s arm and pulling him back down.

“I have to get it. I’ll be fine, my love.” Nathan said blushing. Chase pulled him close and they briefly kissed.

“I’m coming with you, and I’m bringing a baseball bat.” Chase said smiling at Nathan. Chase stood up and walked over to his closet. He opened the door and searched for a moment. He turned around to face Nathan. He was holding a Ferrari red baseball bat. Nathan smiled and walked towards the door. Chase followed him through the door and down the stairs. They had to walk past the kitchen to get to the front door. Chase’s mom saw that Chase had a baseball bat, and she stopped them before they could reach the door.

“Where are you two going?” She asked with a frown.

“We’re just going to pick up some things from Nathan’s house.” Chase said with a smile.

“Why are you taking a baseball bat?” She countered.

“The shortest way to get there is through an alley, so I’m bringing this for protection.” Chase lied.

“Well the movie is in a little over two hours, so make sure you get home before then.” She said moving out of their way. Chase pulled Nathan forward and out of the door. They walked all the way to Nathan’s house in silence. When they stepped onto the porch at last, Chase stepped in front of Nathan.

“What are you doing?” Nathan asked in shock.

“I’m going in first. I won’t let you get hurt after I’ve worked so hard to get you away from home. You will not be spending the night in the hospital.” Chase said twisting the doorknob. The door suddenly flew open and something dark wrapped around Chase’s waist and pulled him in to the gloom of the house. Nathan tried to grab Chase before he completely disappeared, but he wasn’t fast enough. The door slammed in Nathan’s face. He tried the doorknob, but it didn’t turn. He couldn’t even kick the door open. He soon gave up and started looking for another way in. He walked around to the side of the house. He had left his window open in case he couldn’t convince his mother to let him go to the movies. He found that it was still open, but since it was on the second story it would be hard to get in. There was a vine covered lattice that would probably work as a ladder. He climbed on to it and found that it was sturdy. He began to climb up it to reach his window. About half way up his foot slipped and he fell. Luckily he caught on to a piece of the frame before he could fall too far. He quickly grabbed on with his other hand and continued to pull himself up to the window. His hand was stinging, but he was so focused on saving Chase that he hardly noticed. Once he reached the window, he climbed inside. His feet had hardly touched the floor, when he heard a pained yell that came from the basement. He cautiously walked over to the door. It was slightly opened and he could see that the hallway was clear. He was about to open the door when he heard footsteps on the stairs. He ran and hid in his closet. The door flew open and in walked Nathan’s mother holding Chase by the arm. She threw him onto the bed and turned to walk out the door. Suddenly she stopped. Nathan feared that she had found him, but she walked right past the closet. She walked over to the window and slammed it shut.

“You will never leave this house, at least not alive.” Nathan’s mother laughed evilly. She turned around and walked out the door into the hallway. As soon as he heard the door shut, Nathan burst out of the closet and ran to Chase.

“Are you alright?” Chase asked seeing the blood on Nathan’s hands.

“What about you, idiot?” Nathan asked seeing the darkening blood stain on the shoulder of Chase’s white shirt.

“She stabbed me with something. It hurt like a mofo, but I think I’ll live.” Chase said gingerly touching his injured shoulder.

“Can you move it at all? We need to stop the bleeding.” Nathan said walking over to his dresser.

“Ya, I think I can move it.” Chase said attempting to remove his shirt. He only got it halfway off before he could no longer stand the pain from his shoulder. Nathan began to dig through his drawer. He threw out shirts and socks by the dozen. He finally withdrew a first aid kit and walked over to Chase. He helped Chase remove his shirt the rest of the way. As the shirt hit his sheets, Nathan’s face flushed with color.

“What’s the matter?” Chase asked looking at Nathan.

“Nothing, it’s just that I’ve dreamed about you sitting half-naked on my bed, but I never thought it would be like this.” Nathan said opening the first aid kit. Chase reached his good hand up to caress Nathan’s cheek.

“It’s really hard to think that you have naughty dreams about me, but it makes me happy to know.” Chase said watching Nathan pour antiseptic on a cotton ball. Nathan touched the soaked ball to Chase’s wound and Chase quickly inhaled in pain.

“I’m sorry, but you’ll just have to bare it, or else it might get infected.” Nathan said apologetically.

“It’s fine. I had to do this at the doctors when my cousin fell and stabbed me with a butter knife. Although, that time my doctor wasn’t as cute.” Chase said between gasps of pain.

“Haha, I’ll give you a treat if we make it out of here alive.” Nathan said taking out gauze and wrapping it around Chase’s shoulder.

“You’d better be ready to pay up because we are going to make it out alive. Do you have something to use as a weapon?” Chase said firmly.

“Ya. I can get in to my dad’s office from here. He has a gun in his desk and a knife set in his closet.” Nathan said as he finished wrapping Chase’s wound. He bent down and genteelly kissed it.

“What was that for?” Chase asked in shock.

“It’s a kiss to make it better.” Nathan answered happily.

“I think I got a cut on my lip. You should kiss it better, too.” Chase said pointing to his lips.

“You poor thing, this might take more than just a kiss to make it better.” Nathan said kneeling over Chase. He bent down and kissed Chase softly. Chase pushed forward to make the kiss more passionate. Nathan grabbed Chase and pulled him even closer. Chase slid his good hand up Nathan’s thigh and under his shirt. Nathan pulled back and got off of Chase.

“What’s wrong?” Chase asked standing up and grabbing Nathan’s hand.

“It’s just that we need to get out of here before we go too far.” Nathan answered in a whisper. Chase understood and leaned down and gave Nathan a quick kiss on the cheek.

“How do we get to your father’s office from here?” Chase questioned wrapping his arms around Nathan’s waist.

“There’s a hole in my closet. It goes into the next room, which is his office.” Nathan said walking over to the closet. He bent down and moved a piece of cardboard away to reveal a perfectly square hole that was about two feet by three feet. Nathan stuck his head through the hole and scanned the room. He didn’t see anything and crawled through. Chase followed and they found themselves inside a neat, yet dust covered room. The blinds were drawn, but there was still enough light to navigate through the room. A large desk sat in the middle of the room. It was made of polished pine. The chair that sat behind it was large and cushioned. Nathan walked over to the chair and pulled it away from the desk. He opened a drawer and pulled out a small box. He set the box on the desk and opened it. A small caliper gun was sitting atop the red, crushed velvet. A small box of bullets was also inside the box. Nathan took them both out and emptied the box into his hand. Six small bullets fell into his hand. He carefully loaded them into the gun and walked back over to Chase. He handed Chase the gun and turned away. Chase grabbed his shoulder and spun him around.

“How did you know these were here?” Chase asked bluntly.

“When your father is dead and your mother is crazy, the smallest thing can make you almost suicidal. I thought about pulling the trigger a few times, but something kept me from doing it.” Nathan answered walking away from Chase.

“What was it that kept you from doing it?” Chase asked grabbing Nathan’s hand.

“It was the hope that someday I might be able to kiss the person I’ve had a crush on since elementary school.” Nathan said looking at the floor.

“Who might that be?” Chase questioned as he lifted Nathan’s head up.

“It might be the man whose arms I would be in right now, if he didn’t have a shoulder injury.” Nathan said blushing. Just as Chase was about to kiss Nathan again, the doorknob to the room started to wiggle violently.

“She must be trying to get in.” Chase said taking the safety off of the gun.

“She can’t get in through that door; I locked it shortly after my father died. I locked it from the inside.” Nathan said racing over to the closet and grabbing a box off of the top shelf. He pulled out three knives. They each had covers and he put them in his belt. Chase ran to the hole and reached through to close it. He managed to pull the cardboard over and walk back over to Nathan before the door crashed open. Nathan’s mother stood on the other side of the door.

“Nathan, you said you wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. You lied to me, that deserves punishment.” Nathan’s mother said walking through the doorway.

“Don’t move one more step, or I’ll blow your head off.” Chase said moving in front of Nathan. Nathan’s mother stared at Chase holding the gun. She smiled and took another step forward. “BANG!” The gun rang in the silence of the house. Nathan’s mother fell to the floor. Blood started to pool around the body. Nathan took out one of the knives and slowly walked towards his mother. He knelt over her with the knife, poised to strike. He slowly reached his trembling hand out. He lightly touched her shoulder. Suddenly, her hand reached out and grabbed Nathan around the throat. He struggled against her, but he couldn’t break free. His lungs were burning from lack of oxygen. He fell backwards and she climbed on top of him.

“You will pay for what you have done!” She said in a high-pitched screech. Nathan searched blindly for the knife he had been holding. He finally found something smooth and cold. He grabbed it and thrust it into her neck. Blood gushed out of the cut and covered Nathan. The grip she had on his throat lightened, and her hands fell away from his bruising neck. He gasped for air as he crawled away from the bloody mess that used to be his mother. Chase ran to his side and pulled the knife out of his hand. He had grabbed the blade and cut his hand in his attempt to escape. Blood poured from the cut as Chase pulled Nathan close to him.

“I thought I was going to lose you.” Chase cried hugging Nathan.

“I thought you were, too.” Nathan laughed. Chase picked Nathan up and carried him out through the now open office door. He walked down the stairs to the living room. Chase set Nathan genteelly on the couch. Then, he ran back up to Nathan’s room and found the first aid kit sitting on the bed. He grabbed it and brought it down to the living room.

“How are you feeling? Are you hurt?” Chase asked as he opened the first aid kit.

“My hand hurts, but that’s it.” Nathan said sitting up. Chase got out the disinfectant and poured some on the cut. Nathan pulled back in pain.

“I’m sorry. I probably put too much on.” Chase said putting the disinfectant back in the kit and grabbing the gauze.

“It’s fine. I did the same thing to you earlier.” Nathan said as Chase wrapped his hand in gauze.

“It’s a good thing we both took health last year, or else this wouldn’t have gone so well.” Chase said as he finished wrapping Nathan’s hand.

“That’s very true.” Nathan said hugging Chase. Chase slipped his hand under Nathan’s chin and lifted his head up. His blue eyes met Nathan’s green eyes as they shared a deep, wet kiss. Nathan wrapped his arms around Chase and held him tightly. Then, he realized that he was still covered in blood. He pushed away from Chase and stood up.

“What’s wrong?” Chase questioned sadly.

“It’s just that I’m covered in blood and we should be getting back to your house for the movie.” Nathan said removing his shirt as he walked up the stairs. Chase ran after him and dragged him into his room. He pushed him onto the bed.

“What are you doing? We have to get back to your house for the movie.” Nathan said trying to push Chase off.

“What about that treat you promised me?” Chase said kneeling over Nathan.

“Can’t it wait until after the movie?” Nathan asked struggling.

“I don’t think I can, you’re just too tempting.” Chase said sliding his hand down Nathan’s bare chest.

“Won’t your mom get…ah…mad?” Nathan asked as Chase fondled his nipples.

“I don’t really care if she gets mad. She’ll probably be angrier about the wounds and our clothes than the movie.” Chase set leaning forward to kiss Nathan. Chase French kissed Nathan, but it only lasted for a short time because Nathan bit Chase’s tongue.

“What was that for? Am I not allowed to kiss you anymore?” Chase asked sadly.

“It’s not that, I just don’t want to get in trouble.” Nathan said quietly.

“If we don’t play now, we won’t be able to until tomorrow morning after my parents leave for work. Do you really want to wait that long because I don’t.” Chase said unzipping Nathan’s pants.

“Why would we have to wait?” Nathan question as he watched Chase slide his pants off.

“The walls in my house are very thin and my parents’ room is right beneath mine.” Chase answered bending down over Nathan’s waist.

“I think we better just wait.” Nathan said pushing Chase away.

“If you stop interrupting, we might be able to finish in time for the movie.” Chase said pinning Nathan’s hands above his head. Nathan closed his eyes and wait for Chase to do something, but it never happened. He opened his eyes and saw Chase kneeling over him, but not continuing.

“Why did you stop?” Nathan asked.

“You looked like you were scared of me, and I don’t want to scare you.” Chase said releasing Nathan’s hands.

“I’m just a little nervous, that’s all. Please continue. I want you to enter me.” Nathan said blushing. Chase was shocked by the forwardness of Nathan’s statement, but there was no way he was going to let this opportunity pass. He bent over Nathan’s waist and slid his boxers down to reveal his blushing pink cock. Chase licked the tip of Nathan’s cock before swallowing it completely.

“Ah! So good!” Nathan cried in ecstasy. Chase sucked and licked with all his might and Nathan came in his mouth. The warm, white liquid coated his throat. He swallowed every last drop lovingly.

“I’m sorry that I came in your mouth, it just felt so good that I couldn’t control myself.” Nathan said apologetically.

“It’s fine. I’m glad that I could make you feel so good, but the best part is yet to come.” Chase said as he kissed Nathan’s neck.

“Wait, I have to get my bag. It has things that will help.” Nathan said trying to sit up, but Chase held him down.

“Don’t worry about it. I have some it’s in my pocket, but you have to get it out if you want to use it.” Chase said leaning back. Nathan looked up at him trying to see if he was joking or not. He figured out that Chase wasn’t joking. Nathan reached his hand shakily to Chase’s pocket. He slid his fingers into the pocket and around the small tube. The entire time he was looking up at Chase. Chase frowned down at Nathan.

“How very un-romantic of you.” Chase said with a sigh. Nathan blushed and withdrew the tube as quickly as possible. After he grabbed it, he set it on the bed and reached both of his hands up to Chase’s waist. He slowly slid them to the zipper and slowly pulled it down. He then proceeded to slide Chase’s jeans and boxers down. He gazed at Chase’s stiff, throbbing cock. He bent down and tried to do what Chase had done for him, but he didn’t know if he was doing it right.

“Uhn…Damn you’re good at this…Mm.” Chase cried as he ran his fingers through Nathan’s hair. Nathan sucked harder with Chase’s reassurance, but Chase couldn’t handle it and pushed Nathan back.

“I thought you said I was doing well, so why did you push me away?” Nathan asked sadly.

“It’s not that you were doing badly, it’s just that I want to cum inside you for my first time.” Chase said leaning over Nathan. He grabbed the small tube and popped open the lid. He poured some of its contents onto his fingers. Then, he slid them into Nathan’s ass. He stretched it out as genteelly as he could.

“Ahh! It feels so good!” Nathan moaned.

“The best part is still to come, my love.” Chase said pulling his fingers out and slid his cock in. Nathan cried out in extreme pleasure. Chase kept thrusting until the entire length of his cock was inside of Nathan.

“I’m about to burst!” Chase said as he came inside of Nathan. The feeling of Chase’s cum washing against the inside of him made Nathan cum again. Chase pulled out and hopped off of Nathan.

“Where are you going?”Nathan panted.

“Well if we want to get home for the movie, then we better hurry and get ready.” Chase said walking over to Nathan’s dresser.

“That is a very good point. The shirts are in the second drawer. You should be able to wear one of mine.” Nathan said standing up.

“You should go take a shower, to wash the blood and cum off. I’ll set some clothes out for you.” Chase said as he searched through the shirt drawer. Nathan walked out of the bedroom and into the hallway. He found his way to the bathroom. Chase heard him close the door and start the shower. He began to search through the drawer when he heard Nathan scream. He ran towards the bathroom and knocked on the door.

“Nathan! What’s wrong?” Chase asked hurriedly. Nathan opened the door and peeked out. He was completely soaked.

“The shower head was on, so I got soaked with cold water when I turned the water on. I’m sorry for worrying you.” Nathan said blushing.

“It’s fine. You better hurry if you want to watch the movie.” Chase said laughing. Nathan nodded and closed the door. Chase walked back to the bedroom and picked out a Harry Potter shirt he had given Nathan for his last birthday. He set it on the bed and dug through the drawer to find himself a shirt. While he was digging through the drawer, he found a picture of him with hearts on it and white spots. He set it on the bed next to the shirt and found himself a shirt. He was looking through the pants drawer when Nathan walked in with a towel around his waist. He saw the picture on the bed and grabbed it before Chase could turn around.

“What’s up with that picture, Nate?” Chase said walking over to Nathan and handing him a pair of pants.

“I don’t know what you mean.” Nathan said suspiciously as he pulled his pants and boxers on.

“There are not many places you could hide it, and I’m willing to search you very thoroughly.” Chase smirked.

“It’s just a picture of you. I drew hearts around it when I wasn’t allowed to see you. It made me feel better.” Nathan explained while putting his shirt on.

“Then what’s the white stuff on it?” Chase asked sitting on the bed.

“It’s…uhm…cum.” Nathan whispered.

“You masturbate while looking at a picture of me?” Chase asked in shock. Nathan nodded in shame. Chase grabbed Nathan and pulled him onto him. Chase kissed Nathan with ferocious passion. Nathan kissed him back and slid his arms around Chase’s neck. They held each other close until Chase’s watch beeped. Nathan pulled away and got off the bed. Chase followed Nathan and they walked out of the house. They walked back to Chase’s house and saw his mom standing on the front porch.

“We are going to be late if we don’t leave now. I expect an explanation when we get home.” She said walking to the car. They both got in the back. The entire time they were in the car they were secretly holding hands. They lived happily ever after, mostly.
