Summary

"What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas, Until You Marry An Unexpected Stranger!" Summary: Scarlett Brown is happy for her best friend’s wedding to her college sweet heart, George. She is one of the main brides-maids at her best friend, Courtney’s wedding. She also participates in Courtney’s bachelorette party she holds in the beautiful Las Vegas. There Scarlett, Courtney and two other close friends of theirs embark in an exciting bachelorette adventure, in which they celebrate and hold the bachelorette party at a popular male strip club on the las Vegas strip. There Scarlett meets a very sexy, good-looking male stripper by the name of “Joel, the backdoor Mutilator.” Joel offers to give Scarlett a sexy lap dance. At first, she doesn’t want him too, but a little persuasion from Courtney and her other two friends, she allows him too. She gets so aroused and turned on by his dance technique, that she is absolutely drawn to his charm. He feels the same way too. Given in her and her friends drunk state, Courtney dares Scarlett to get married to this hunky manly specimen of a man. She dares her in a playful kind of way, knowing Scarlett’s personality and how she isn’t very adventurous with men. She is more of the workaholic, high standards, sworn of men, independent, only had sex with two other men in her life, kind of girl. Of course, Scarlett agrees to the dare and they all leave the club and head over to the elopement chapel. Scarlett and Joel get married, later on finding themselves having drunk sex in a local Vegas hotel and not realizing the consequences of their decisions. The next day they wake up in bed together and can’t remember the night before. Scarlett fears that she and joel got married that night, because of the vale on her head and the cheap ring on her ring finger. Her three friends finalize her assumptions. Now Scarlett and Joel have to make a decision on if they should get their marriage annulled or if they should stick it out and get to know each other better. They have six months to either find a meaning to their marriage or not fall in love and decide to annul the marriage.

Scarlett Brown: beautiful and sexy 30-year-old corporate lawyer.
Own’s her own cooperate law practice.She is independent, confidence and does not allow just any man into her life. She is a workaholic and loves to make her money. She has only been in two serious relationships and one not so serious one. She has sworn off men, but when she sees the gorgeous and sexy Carmel toned male stripper by the name of Joel the backdoor mutilator, she is automatically drawn to his charm. His skills on the stage is absolutely hypnotizing and his beautiful 6’0 stature and sexy well built eight pack abs are so alluring you can get lost in its essence.

Her friends find themselves just as equally captivated by him and invites him and one other fellow dancer over to perform a lap dance with them. He of course performs a sexy lap dance on Scarlett after her friends persuade her to let him. During their lap dance, she is drawn to him. She is also horny for him, especially when he grinds his huge hard on against her inner thigh. He also spits out sexy questions at her in his sexy Italian accent. He fears she feels uncomfortable with his dancing and tries to ease her discomfort by asking her questions about how she feels about the situation and if she find him attractive? Of course, she tries to answer him, but the words won’t come out. she is too turned on by him.

After the lap dance, the four friends invite Joel and his fellow dance mate to drink with them. They agree and head over to an available table for a night of drinking and chatting. Scarlett feels an attraction to Joel and the other girls see it too. Eventually, Courtney dares Scarlett and Joel to elope or get married, because she feels sorry for her best friend not having someone to care and love her. She is worried about her friend’s relationship with men and wants to hook up Scarlett with Joel, especially on their drunken state.

At first Scarlett doesn’t want too and says No. but after Joel makes her feel comfortable about the idea, she agrees to it.

All five of them, board a couple of taxis that will take them to the local nearby chapel to wed Scarlett and Joel. Scarlett and Joel eventually elope at the chapel. They sign their name on the marriage license. Later on, finding themselves getting it on at a Vegas hotel suite. She wakes up the next day and finds a marriage ring on her ring finger and a white vale on her head. She also finds a man she can hardly recognize sleeping in the bed right next to her. She wakes him for answers, but all he can say is that they got eloped the night before. Her two friends finalize the wedding. She finds out her and Joel have only six months to either find a meaning to their marriage or find no feelings or meaning to each other and get their marriage annulled.  

She does not have time to further discuss their intensions to their elopement. She must go back home to NEW YORK and attend Courtney’s wedding. She was after all the main brides-maid at her wedding. She had to be there to support her best pal.

She flies back to NEW YORK with her friends. During the time she is getting ready to attend her best friend’s wedding, she doesn’t hear from Joel. She constantly thinks about him and he uncontrollably runs through her head constantly. The thought of them together interferes with her duties at her job. She even tries to send an email through to him but gets no response.

The day of Courtney and George wedding, Joel shows up at the wedding unexpected. She was beginning to find no hope in him, until she sees him at the wedding. She wonders how he got to NEW YORK and how he knows of the wedding details. He informs her that he got the wedding details from Courtney. She had slipped him her number earlier at the hotel. He lets her know he wanted to surprise her and that was why he had not tried to contact her in the past.

He stays in NEW YORK for a good month or two, staying with Scarlett at her condominium apartment she shares with her roommate, Candice.

Courtney Ross Johnson: thirty-one-year-old African American legal assistant. She works at Scarlett’s law office with Scarlett. She is also Scarlett’s legal assistant. They have been best friend’s since high school and know everything about each other’s love life and personal life. She feels bad that her friend doesn’t have a love life. Scarlett has been without a man, since her last two serious relationships disappointed her. Her last serious boyfriend cheated on her with a woman he worked with at his job. She was devasted and angry at him. She could not take him back, after months of apologizes. She finally moved out of his apartment and got an apartment of her own. Later getting a room mate who could help her with the bills.

She is getting married to her college sweet heart, George Johnson, who is a well-established engineer. They met through college social groups. George was first into Scarlett, but she turned him down because he was not her type. Instead she insisted that Courtney was better for him. Courtney was crushing on George at the time. He was too busy chasing after the wrong girl. Eventually he agrees to give Courtney a chance and they fall in love, seven years later planning their wedding.

Courtney loves the fact that Scarlett has found love in Joel. She was the one that originally initiated that they get married. She loves the fact that Joel is not only a Vegas dance club dancer, but he is also a hopeless romantic and a chef, looking to own his own restaurant.

Joel Parker: Twenty-five-year-old Las Vegas strip club dancer. He goes by the name, “Joel, the backdoor Mutilator.” Lives in a vegas flat and joggles his two jobs at being a vegas entertainer and being a chef at Piera’s Italian Cuisines.

The first time he sets eyes on Scarlett he loves what he sees. She is just as beautiful as her personality. But the one thing he doesn’t like about her is her unwillingness to let men into her life. He can see she has been hurt before. He can see the pain in her demeanor, especially when she is around him. It surprises him when she agrees to the dare of them getting married at a local vegas chapel. He doesn’t mind getting married to this beautiful and attractively confident woman. Even in his drunken state, he cannot deny how attractive she is to him.

They eventually elope and wake up the next day with little memory of last night. The fact that Scarlett has a ring on her ring finger and a vale on her head, finalize that he got married to her last night and they had drunken sex after.

Now he is trying to get comfortable with the fact that he is married to Scarlett. He wants to get to know her better. He is attracted to her and she is a very beautiful woman, both inside and out. Why not see if he can fall in love with her before the six months is up for their annulment.

He charms Scarlett with his amazing love making and excellent chef skills. He is also a great romantic, who loves candle light diners and sending flowers to Scarlett’s job.

A/N: late afternoon picnic in the park after Scarlett gets off from work.

Scarlett and Joel joggle their time together in both NEW YORK and Las vegas.

Scarlett does help Joel get established as a restaurant owner in New York. New York has better opportunities in restaurant owing then los Vegas. Joel does make the decision to move to New York after he gets a lease on a restaurant building.


Hema Kapoor: One of Scarlett and Courtney’s friends since college. Scarlett and Hema have more of an in office relationship than outside the office.
Cooperate lawyer and Scarlett’s partner at the law firm.She is one of the bride’s maid at Courtney’s wedding. She also accompanied Courtney to Vegas. She is one of the friend’s Scarlett leans on for advice about her relationship with Joel. Because Candice and Joel can’t get along, when he is staying with her at her apartment, she askes Hema what to do about the situation. Especially when she wants to change the living arrangements and want Joel to live with her. Candice doesn’t want to move out. Candice is scared she will be homeless again.  That is one of the main reasons why Candice and Joel can’t get along. Because she is scared her roommate will shoo her out of the apartment and Joel will take her place.

Candice Davis: Scarlett find an ad in the newspaper stating a young woman who was homeless at the time, needing a place to stay. The young woman was Candice Davis. Scarlett had just moved into the condominium a little while before she moved out of her ex boyfriend’s place. Because she had just gotten out of law school, she needed someone else to help her with bills. She already had a law degree job, but it was only a beginner level job and it did not pay much. She needed someone to help her with the bills. Candice already had a job, but because her ex roommate kicked her out, she needed to room with somebody else, preferably a woman. Scarlett immediately contacted Candice and moved her in.

Now they share a place together and Scarlett has a new man in her life. Candice fears that Scarlett will agree for Joel to move in and kick her out. This will be the second time a roommate has kicked her out because of a man, and she fears for that to happen. She tries to find ways to annoy Joel, in an tempt to scare him away. Like walking around in her underwear when Scarlett isn’t there…….

But it doesn’t work out. Instead it angers Scarlett more and makes her decisions a little more clearer.

Camila Jefferson: Thirty-year-old school teacher. One of Courtney and Scarlett’s best friends. One of her brides maids and also one to attend Court’s bachelorette party in los Vegas. Scarlett’ and Courtney's high school buddy. Known each other since high school. Closest to Courtney than Scarlett. Met Scarlett through Courtney.


Layla Smith: Thirty-one-year-old friend of Court and Scarlett. College Pals. She is also married to the Georgie’s Best Man, Elijah Wood, and they have two kids together. Son's: Gunner(7yrs old) Greyson(6yyr old)-Ring Bear at Courtney's wedding
