BooksieSilk Boost

Many writers have asked for a way to gain more visibility on the site for their work. So, we’ve come up with a program that does this, while at the same time providing the site with some sponsorship money to help support its continued growth. 

BooksieSilk Boost offers you the ability to place your writing in highly visible sections of the site in order to gain more visibility for your work. Places where your writing will appear include:

• The non-logged in homepage of BooksieSilk.
• The top of the content list on the logged-in homepage.
• On every content page posted above comments.
• At the top of the read pages.
• At the bottom of all House forums

Together, these spots get your writing in front of tens of thousands of readers per day.

Limited Availability

There are only four spots reserved for Boosted content so space is limited and is currently given on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Cost to Boost

The cost to Boost content is $4.99 per day. Using our Boost calendar tool, you can reserve as many days as you like for your content. 

How to Boost

To boost content:

1. Go to your Portfolio
2. Find the work you want to Boost and click the red Boost button.
3. On the calendar page, drag the blue box with the name of your content on it into the days where you would like to boost your writing. Each day requires a separate drag. 
4. Follow the remaining steps to confirm and fund your Boost.

Premium Member Boosting Your Writing

You can also Boost your writing by becoming a Premium member. Premium members get free boosts across the site on the homepage and the various genre and category pages. Premium members are randomly showcased in these spots so while you will not get as much controlled traffic as a direct Boost, you will have some additional exposure.
