Christian Hall leant back in his chair and steepled his fingers, he looked down at the letter again.

"Dear Mr Hall,

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. My sister only told me the other week and was inconsolable over the phone. She says she cannot return from America at this time but told me you had both had some kind of misunderstanding and asked if I would meet with you to discuss how to rectify this.

Thank you for your time taken to read this letter, I hope it finds you well,

Sincerely Charity Richards"

What was this woman hoping to achieve? Her sister Isabelle, had used her good looks to ensnare his younger brother Luke and had him spending thousands on jewellery and trips abroad, designer clothes and perfumes. Then one dark night she had forced him to go out, drunk to rescue her when she had followed someone else's wallet to a party in America and found herself alone and penniless. Luke had been convinced he loved her and despite being well over the limit he set off at high speed to save her… crashed… and died. Yet that hadn't stopped the lovely Isabelle, who journeyed back to their hotel, found Luke’s credit card and used it for three days before Christian had managed to freeze the accounts. He was almost certain Isabelle wasn't in America anymore, he'd had people looking for the bitch for weeks but now it looked like she'd been in contact with her sister. So Charity Richards had joined the game, trying to convince him that her thief of a sister was in America, obviously she was in on the scam.

He wondered if Charity was pretty too, if she was hoping to talk her way into his bed and then his bank account, had that been the sisters plan all along? They could both bag themselves a rich boyfriend and spend until the money ran out, not that it would be easy to spend all of Christians money, despite being mostly interested in computer programming he had used his inheritance to play the stock market but then had been able to use the significant profits there to start his own business in computer software and property development. He was one of the richest men in the world now, a multi billionaire, his brother was a millionaire still though, even without expanding his fortune... or at least he was... now his funds would be Christians yet never be enough to replace his brother.

Well if Charity wanted to attempt to seduce or outsmart Christian he would definitely meet the woman, he could look her right in her eyes and tell her exactly what he thought of her and her family. He imagined they would look similar, tall and skinny with peroxide blonde hair and a dress small enough to fit in your pocket. His brother might have been simple enough to fall for such things but they had very different tastes, if only he had Isabelle there, he wanted to terrify her, to let her know where ever she ran, whatever she did, he would destroy her. It seemed that Charity would have to do...
