A young blonde kisses

A man five years older

The girlfriend watches

Says nothing, stays still

Expressionless, gives away nothing

The girl parts from the man

Says she has to go

They leave, she turns the

Key in their apartment door

Sits down on her bed

Her girlfriend silent next door

No, let's not do it tonight Romeo!

Don't give away the goods

When you're drunk, felt ill

Keep off the booze

Sleep for now

Yet, tomorrow, the bar

Another invite to a club

The whole thing repeats itself

Until you get laid and regret it no more.

The End
