This is my first novel that I wanted to share with everyone. I just started to write it out and my first day I had time in a long time. I mostly have the story planned in my head but bear with me as it is a a pain to write out everything you are thinking. I would love it you you could comment. Comments help me know that you like the story and want me to keep writing or if you hate the story because of some detail. Thanks for reading.

No one likes to move; no matter what anyone says. There is the finding the new house and buying it which usually costs a lot of money that people do not have. Then there is the packing for months, labeling all the boxes and organizing all of your crap. After that is the actual moving process, which if you are moving halfway across the country, is a pain in the ass. You have to pack all of your boxes and furniture into moving trucks and send it along with strangers from the moving company. If you are lucky enough, your parents will buy plane tickets, Guess I was lucky.

I am Jeffrey Ian Nendal. The guy who was happy enough at my old school and will be completely out of place in my next one. I guess I should tell you why I am moving to a new state. My mom and dad have been workaholics all my life. When you work hard enough for something and are good at it, you will eventually get what you are looking for. My father was promoted to a company executive but he had to move to Minnesota to get the job and my mother became the new sale floor rep for a car dealership when she found out about my dad’s job. My parents have worked hard to get where they are now and I am proud of them but sometimes I wish they would focus more on family. When my mom was pregnant with me, she went to work every single day and even started going into labor at her desk chair. My father is rarely around. Sometimes I forget what he looks like so I look at the family photo that we took in 2010. I had longer hair back then but I see that picture more than my actual parents.

We moved into a 1.3 million dollar home in some richy rich neighborhood. It is suppose to be one of the nicest parts of Minnesota but I am not going to like it there and I knew that before I left California. I had to leave all of my friends and give the leading role of Seymour in The Little Shop of Horrors to the understudy. Now I am going to a school that doesn't have a theatre program because they think it is vulgar and expresses too much emotion. Okay, I added the last part in but I bet that is what they were thinking.

“Please fasten your seatbelts and return the lap trays into an upright and locked position. We will be landing momentarily.” The flight attendant almost screams and I quickly snap out of my trance. I sip the water I was given earlier in the trip and continued to stare out the window at the highways and buildings that were below. ‘Pine trees instead of palm trees... Lakes instead of oceans... Winter jackets instead of swimming suits... Why in gods name are we moving here...’ I thought to myself but I already knew the answer.

The plane landed and I got out of my seat. My parents had to fly out a week earlier so I was alone. I grabbed my backpack and left to go pick up my suitcase at the luggage pick up. As I expected, the airport was extremely busy with people almost shoulder to shoulder. I had my heals ran over by a few rolling suitcases and even pushed out of the way by an angry looking woman in a sweater as I made my way to the front door. A driver was holding a sign with my last name neatly drawn on it. My parents may never have been around but they gave me the best of everything. I walked over to the man and smiled. “I believe you are here to pick me up. I am Jeffery Nendal.” I clearly say and the driver nods without speaking. He takes my suitcase and offers to take my backpack but I have to kindly decline the offer. I never let anyone take my laptop and ipod away from me, even if they are only going to carry it for me. They are my babies.

The driver leads me to a sleek black car that just came out this year. He opens the back door for me and I get in. He then tosses my suitcase in the trunk and we head off to my new home.

The ride was short because I had daydreamed off again. My mind always seemed to wander when I was thinking of home and the ocean at night. ‘That’s right... the stars won’t be as clear as the ones in cali.’ I let out a sigh and flip my hair out of my eyes. The car comes to a red light and I look over into the car next to me. Two young kids are in the back fighting and yelling at each other. The mom turns around in the passenger seat and starts to yell to. The dad in the driver seat sighs and runs a hand through his hair. I could have had a family like that. Always fighting will my brother that I always wanted and parents trying to stop us from fighting over toys. Maybe a family vacation to disney world and breaking my ankle because my younger brother pushed me of the trampoline. I could have, but don’t.

The light turns green and the car starts to move once again. It only takes us another ten minutes and a bunch of turning and swerving but we eventually get to my new home. The car door was opened and I got out.

The first thing I notice is how unnaturally green the lawn is. It looks like St Patricks day threw up all over the law and then is was carefully cut with a toenail clippers to make sure each blade of grass was the same size. I was scary how green it was. The three car garage was to my right as I walked up the long driveway. I grabbed the key out of my pocket that my parents had gave me in advance and opened up the door. Everything seemed to be already put in it’s permanent place. There was not a box anywhere. The driver sets my suitcase right by the front door and I grab it. “Thank you.” I say to be polite and he nods. The driver then quickly leaves me to explore my new prison.

My parents gave me the whole basement as my room because they wanted me to have my own space and not ruin the rest of the house. They also didn't want to hear any of my music so they had my room sound proofed before I got here. I opened the heavy wooden door and descended down a flight of stairs before I got to my room. I turned the three different light switches on to reveal a huge room that extended in both directions. The floors were wooden and the color of the walls was a dark red. A large black microfiber L shaped couch with coffee table and two bean bag chairs sat in front of a large wall mounted flat screen tv and an entertainment center under it in the middle of the room. A bar and mini kitchen area sat on one side of the room that had cabinets, bar stools, a fridge, and a sink. Then there was my huge king sized bed on the other side with two nightstands and small bench at the end of my bed. A stereo system, bookshelves and a desk were also in my room on different walls near the bar. There was two doors other than the door that led to my room in my room. One led to a huge bathroom with separate shower and bath, a toilet ment for a king, and a set of double sinks with a mirror. The tiles are black and the walls are a rich navy blue. The other door went to a closet that had all my clothes already set up in it.

Talk about spoiled.

I walked over to the boxes that were unopened that I would need to unpack at some point and saw a note on one of the boxes. This one was different because there was a mailing address slip on it.

Son-

This box has your new schedule, school supplies and textbooks in it. Your car is in the garage and the keys are on the coffee table in your room. Don’t be late for school. First bell rings at eight. I have hired a chef, maids, and a groundskeeper. Please do not interfere with their work.

-Mother

I sigh and set my backpack down on the bar before grabbing the tube the contained all of my posters in it. I opened the small compartment that had the tacks in it and started to hang up poster around the room. My superhero/supervillain posters hung in the living room area while the music and band posters hung everywhere else. I looked around the room with a smile. “At least it feels a little bit like my old room now...” I murmur and walk over to the closet. I pick out a pair of pj pants and tank top to wear to bed and go to the bathroom. “I really need a shower right now...” I strip down and quickly get into the shower. I turn the water on and instantly the water turns hot.

A sigh of relief leaves my mouth as the water hits my pale skin and runs down my body. It had been a long day and this hits the spot. I gently reach down and grab my flaccid length. I slowly start to stroke all the way up and down it while my other hand is against the wall. It quickly starts to get hard as I think of the guy I had a crush on in Cali. My mind becomes filled with memories of him as my stroking cautiously gets faster. A few subtle moans escape my lips as my hand becomes Todd’s in my mind. His other firm yet gentle hand slides up my body and starts to play with my nipples. The hand then slips into the back of my hair and tugs it slightly as the one below starts to become frantic with need. I can picture his golden smile and perfect body on top of me. “It’s okay Jin.... No need to hide it anymore.” My breathing starts to pick up and my heart starts to pound in my ears. Every detail of Todd become clear in my mind. I tilt my head back in pleasure and let out a moan. I can almost feel the warmth of his touch and the softness of his breath on my neck. My body starts to lust for the love that I always needed. “Todd... I want you...” I mumbled with lust. My hips start to buck softly into my hand and I feel the familiar tightness of my lower stomach. I bite on my lower lip softly and place my empty hand back on the wall. A loud moan escapes my lips and I quickly finish, my warm seed hitting the black tiles of the shower.

Everything starts to slow down and the fantasy fades away. My hand then drops off my now limp shaft after I return back to reality. I sigh and wash of the evidence that this ever happened off the wall and continue on with my now warm shower.

This was my only true escape. Hiding pathetically in my shower, pleasuring myself as I imagined Todd. It was not that Todd was the love of my life or my boyfriend for that matter. He was straight but he accepted me for who I was. If I ever needed him, He would be there in a moments notice. His helping hands and soothing words would get me through anything. Too bad I never confessed my love to him. I was afraid to lose what we had. I’d rather watch from afar with a safety net then dive in blindly and lose everything. Todd was the last person I wanted to lose.

I finish up with my shower and dry my body off. The new big fluffy towel rubs across my skin and quickly dries it. I dry my hair too and put on my clothes before looking at myself in the mirror. I had circles starting to form under my eyes because I had been under a lot of stress with little sleep lately. I feel too lazy to style my hair so I walk out of the bathroom and flop down onto the soft new bed.

The blankets seem to hug me as if dragging me into the heaven and hell of the dream world.
