Teleported to the Tempests

two thieves are running about as fast as they can. and now theyre both nearly out of breath. theyve just stole some goods and items from a old-looking store. one of them looks back but sees no one. and when they make it back to the vehicle they speed off. the one in the passenger seat rolls down the window and takes out a pistol he brought with him. he shoots into the air to scare off or scare away any bystanders around. then they both try to talk as theyre catching their breath. the vehicles going very very very fast. the passenger starts digging through the stolen goods and items. but most of it doesnt look like much. and then he pulls out a very odd-looking piece thats unusual. very peculiar. and theyre both dumbfounded by it. and while the drivers not paying attention he doesnt see the fuel truck ahead of him.
the vehicle slams into the fuel truck at a insane speed. a big explosion results. and the very odd-looking thing the passenger was holding launches into the air. and lands far away. on the property of a resident. the couple that resides there step outside after they hear the unexpected explosion from two blocks away. he wants to go over and see if he can help or be of some kind of assistance. but she grabs him and stops him. she tells him that its too dangerous and that its probably too late anyhow from the looks of it. so all they can do is wait for the professionals. and he agrees.
when the next day comes he steps outside and sees that the cleanup is ongoing. and after he greets his neighbor that he sees he turns to go back inside. but then he notices something very unusual. it looks like a smoldered piece of something. he just looks at it. then he goes to pick it up. he doesnt know that it was stolen. then he goes back inside.
and he says, _....honey, is this yours or something??...because i dont know what this is...it looks like one of those weird gifts that lipshida sometimes gives you...i know how otherworldly she is...take a look..._
and having just exited the shower she comes out wearing nothing more than a soft towel across her bosom.
then she asks, _...what is it schmookle-berry?..._
then he shows it to her.
and she replies, _...oh my gracious!...i dont know what the heck that is!....but it doesnt belong to me.._
then she takes it from him. she doesnt know that its stolen either. she looks a little closer. but after she does it she suddenly feels a sudden shudder ripple through her aura. its almost enough to knock the towel off her still-damp body. then she moans and groans in disorientation.
he says, _...whats the matter?...what just happened?..._
and with one hand on her forehead she says, _...uh...uh...i dont know...but it felt super-paranormal...whew!..._
then she hands it back to him and says, _...here....take this..._
and she follows that with, _...i need to get dressed and get ready to go to work..._
then she hurries out of the room and tries to get her head together. when she reappears shes in her uniform and about to leave out to her car to go to work.
many hours later liyonna returns back from work. and after she parks her car and gathers up her stuff and gets out she starts to go inside. and after she goes in she calls out.
saying, _...Cerburge...Cerburge....hello?...are you somewhere looking at endangered species pornography again?...when is enough going to be enough?...._
but shes not getting a response.
she tries again, _....hello??...schmookle-berry??...are you going to make me come looking for you again?..._
but she gets no answer. so she goes upstairs to check. but hes just not there. and she just cant seem to wrap her mind around it. so she just assumes maybe he stepped out or something for something.
then she hears a sound. but she can barely hear it. then suddenly she hears it again. she thinks its coming from the other room. and when she goes over there she actually hears it again. and when she looks over she sees that same strange artifact-thing that cerburge was showing her earlier in the morning. its just sitting on the floor on its side.
when she goes to pick it up she sees that thats where the sound is coming from. but it seems barely audible. until she holds it up closer to her ear.
then she can faintly hear, _...liyonna.....liyonna....are you there?....can you hear me??..._
and she is totally shocked. she cannot believe what she is hearing.
she gasps and says, _...cer-...cergurge??....is that you?!...honey, what happened??..._
then she hears, _....i dont know what happened...i was just looking at some endangered species po...i mean, i was just looking at some wholesome pottery programming and that weird fucking thing was close to me. then i picked it up and started looking at it and..and all of a sudden it started lighting up...then that light grabbed me...and i couldnt move...then it..like..pulled me in....here.....wherever this is..._
and she doesnt know what to say. it sounds so unreal. it really really does.
then she says, _...uh...um...i dont know how to help...what can i do??...tell me..._
then he says, _...i dont know..but theres a lot of dead people here...their bodies are scattered all around...one body is squashed flat like a boulder landed on it or something..and theres a decapitated body...and one it looks like had the tongue torn or ripped out and wrapped around the head...and theres all these typhoons and tornadoes...so many...so many..._
but then what cerburge says next sounds really muffled and unclear and indescribeable. so she doesnt really get a clear answer.
liyonna thinks and thinks. and then she thinks some more. then she comes up with a decision. shes going to go to the authorities. so she gets in her car and hurries off. but when she eventually gets there and explains to them what had happened no one believes her. they assume thats shes nuts and its just her imagination. but she tries and tries some more anyhow. holding the hideous thing up and waiting for sound to come out of it. but theyre just not buying it. then they tell her to get out. so she gets no help there.
so what will she do next? she thinks and thinks. and then thinks some more. it does seem hard to convince. then she comes up with another decision. shes going to go to her friend lipshida. at least she would give her a chance without saying shes just going nuts. so she gets back in her car and shes back off again. quickly. while shes driving shes frantically trying to dial her friends number to let her know the predicament. after lipshida answers liyonna is talking super-fast trying to explain. lipshida tries to slow her down and calm her down. eventually liyonna just lets her know shed tell her when she got there. and they hang up. when liyonna finally arrives she parks her car behind her car. and she quickly gets out. then she knocks repeatedly on lipshidas door. and after she eventually opens liyonna stumbles inside. her well-proportioned chest is heaving. and she starts talking really fast again and rambling again. and lipshida has to slow her down and calm her down again. then she takes a deep breath and starts over. and after she finishes lipshida can hardly believe it. it sounds like make-believe. then liyonna holds out the strange artifact-thing and waits for something to come out. but nothing does.
she starts shouting at it, _...Cerburge!...CERBURGE!!...Can you hear me?!...Say Something!!....IM TRYING TO SAVE YOU!!!..._
still nothing comes out. and lipshidas starting to have doubts. she thinks her friend might seriously be going cuckoo like a cuckoo clock.
so she asks her, _.....uh...liyonna...have you been feeling well?...like in the noggin??..._
but then finally, (finally) she starts to hear it too.
and they hear, _...liyonna...liyonna!...i can hear you....you have to do something!...i still dont know where i am...YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO SAVE ME!!...._
then it goes silent. again.
and liyonna shouts into it, _...im trying...im trying hard!...im trying hard right now!!...._
then cerburge says, _....i just saw another one die...they just got swept up in a big gust and it looked like their body just imploded...._
then she hears a loud, blood-curdling scream of agonizing torture in the background.
and he says, _....and there goes another one....their body was pulled apart by the legs....oh no!......_
and after hearing all of it lipshida now realizes that liyonna didnt just flip her wig when she was talking. so now its lipshida who thinks. and then thinks some more. then she remembers that one of her friends studies in a mystic temple and practices mysticism.
thats when she says to liyonna, _...i think i got a idea!..._
then she grabs her arm and yanks and pulls her along.
meanwhile, cerburge is still in peril.
he shouts out to no one in particular, _....where in the holy fuck am i?!?1...._
and now he has just seen another victim be-headed as tornadoes continue to swirl about. its dreadful. he calls out for liyonna. louder and louder. again and again. but again he gets no response.
when they both arrive at the place they both hurry up and get out of her car. then they run inside. and it doesnt take long for lipshida to see her friend. and after pointing her out to liyonna liyonna rushes over to her and holds up the weird artifact-thing and starts rambling again. thats when lipshida comes over and tries to calm her down. then she starts explaining it more understandably. and, for a moment, even she finds it difficult to believe and suspects that maybe theyve both just gone bananas for some reason. seriously. but after liyonna holds it up once more she then starts to hear it.
they hear, _....Liyonna!....i need you to help me!...you have to think of something!...THINK OF SOMETHING!!!..._
and lipshidas friend cant believe it. and it shows in the look on her face. her eyes are as big as d-cups. its so super para-normal. its true. hes been teleported somehow.
lipshida asks, _...so do you think you can do something??...we have to think of something!..._
and lipshidas friend takes a deep breath and says, _...ahhhhhh...maybe...i know i can try...let see....wish me luck...and im going to need you both to step back...because i might have to be teleported too..._
then she lifts her head and starts to chant in a indescribeable tongue. more and more. and the strange artifact-thing starts to light up. brighter and brighter. more and more and more. until its bright enough to nearly blind all of them.
