The renewal of vows

Suddenly, it was dusk with buildings blending in the vanishing sun. She looked at him and saw he awaited her strict commands, his head bowed, his posture the epitome of submission. She ran a gloved hand through his hair and smiled at the pleasure she sensed in him. He had surrendered himself out of his own free will, he was undoubtedly hers.

And then she spoke:

 I have built your strength, soft as silken garments and unrelenting as fortresses. I have shaped your obedience into one superb mastery and have carved your will into the very core of my own desires. You carry my mark, I have branded you with an unending lust restrained by strong discipline. Speak now if you agree to renew your vows of allegiance!

He said in a firm voice:

You have made yourself worthy of my submission, I feel the strength of those who can obey out of their own free will, I am yours in this dusk as I was in many others, I welcome the twilights to come and the nights to follow with you as my Mistress.

Her voice sounded harmonious as the sounds of cymbals in ancient rituals and fearsome as the sound of thunder in storms :

I am indeed pleased, I also renew my vows to shape you like the gold sword that you were meant to be. Stay with me, let´s look at the twilight, it is already here.
