She begs your pardon

She thinks to herself,
these clandestine meetings,
seem paradoxical,
for reasons circular in nature.
As the chain restraint pinches her skin.
Feelings of wrongdoing,
the act of engaging,
asking to be punished,
released of the guilt for coming.
Pain, a rattan cane elicits her moaning.
Consensual encounters,
she’s unable to resist or deny.
Prostrating for the pardon
wetting her lips and down her thighs,
why she comes, over and over again.

Is the last line supposed to be 'why she comes' or 'while she comes'?
