And I saw your face,

your eyes closed,

your mouth gasping

in the last paroxysms

of a never-ending climax.

And then I saw her,

convulsing in your arms,

her bare teeth smile,

her satiated body

clinging to you like ivy

that would never let you go

till she sucked your last breath

and you´d still oblige her.

So I closed the door softly,

left you in your paradise,

put out the oil lamps

of the temple of our love,

our lust and passion,

the temple we had built.

where I was the priestess

and you happened to be

my sole object of worship.
