Biblical Humor

Eve was framed.

Poor old Eve was framed,

Beseeching her good name.

For in the apple biting,

It seems a little slighting

And Adams part in it,

Just doesn't seem legit.

It probably was his coaxing,

That led to Eveies Hoaxing.

A scapegoat from the start,

Has been the womans part,

Her curse is undeserved,

From Adam it was served,

Temptation from the start,

An arrow through her heart.

But still the story lingers,

The apple in her fingers,

Brought the fall of Adam,

Because of his own madam.

I hope the truth will come,

That he was guilty some,

To hang it all on Eve,

Seems to just deceive.

So free our mother there,

In the garden where,

Adam put the blame,

On his only flame.

Now for a man's point of view. I can already hear the booing. It was a snake that tempted Eve into eating the apple. Adam was just a victim of circumstance. God threw them both out. Still...liked the poem.

If that snake found a way to wiggle in a hole, tickling softly her inner mole, then poor Eve would have to be quite innocent of biting Adam's apple, 100%!
Then knowing how good that felt, they must have chose, to put on those figs leaves, to cover up those...
