Who mends broken pieces,

who patches them together?

Who struggles to glue back

the destroyed beyond repair?

Who aims at putting together

the confused jigsaw puzzle?

Who ventures in the darkness

to find some proof light exists?

Who gets up every single morning

to a world slowly crumbling

and confronts loss and despair

with the brave smile of warriors

and the sword granted by fate?

Just another question to no one,

Time and Life consort in corners,

they certainly know the answers,

and they keep effortlessly silent,

just to let us go on unfazed,

into the memory of those who loved us.
