Alchemy
My blood is never ending.
Ageless and reasonable.
It will ill not, it cures all.
Like the elixir of life,
defiantly awarding mortals with the everlasting throne.
It will be passed, as it has passed.
The new heir, too young.
Unappreciative.
My soul, the philosophy of mankind.
The teachings of time.
It ages and dies.
The lesson never learned.
Uncooperative.
It seems time has slowed.
The rush is over.
The student lives by the clock.
The new language is tick- tock,
While the age rather not.
Blood and soul,
His bread and wine.
Wisdom, my contrition.

Flavorful rationale, a feast of mental strength and a challenge to the reader to “catch up” a bit with the author!

By far, the deepest of your thus far posted poems. It might be considered to have profound religious undertones, though alchemy itself is not so much religious as science. Perhaps it implies a melding. Regardless, there's a vagueness from my perspective, which is perfectly acceptable and reasonable with poetry. I love the last line.
