Like lovers the old guard came in all shapes and sizes.
For a decade or so the characters who wrote were as exciting as the words that they crafted.
We had passion "on tap" and eager critiques to "kill for".
Then came the inevitable drought that had nothing to do with climate change.
"One Line Harry" just dominated for too long
If Silk had become Rome in ruins then 78 AD had arrived.
The literary gods had noticed Silk.
Then the good fairy waived her magic wand.
Fabulous writers heard the "call" and BINGO!!
Administration had made the transition happen.
Back to the future is here .
Rivalries have already been created again.
There is fresh excitement about the place.
Two coats of climate resistant paint so to speak.
A new shiny tall sparkling antennae.
A new formulae to build a dream on.

It is nice to see some of the bugs fixed because for a minute there I believed the whole site was gonna tank at the rate of errors manifesting. It is a whole new day and we will see what the future holds.
