How can deception and infidelity help the situation?

He kind of knew that something was going on

He could tell by the places she was going and for how long she was gone

He kind of new when he was trying his best

He could tell by her mood swings that she had something to get off her chest

He kind of knew things were not quite right

He knew by the length of her kisses and the way she behaved at night

He kind of knew but was too scared to say

He knew if he tried to ask her stuff it could result in driving her further away

He knew she was under a lot of pressure

He kind of knew in his heart she was finding time for other pleasure

He kind of knew but was in disbelief

He knew she was in love with someone else, a dreambreaker, a thief

He kind of knew by the blank look in her eyes

He knew because she forgot what she'd said and he would doubt her lies

He kind of knew by her change in style

He knew when he gave her his heart and she could not even smile

He knew because of her hair and clothes

He kind of knew because he'd loved her for so long I suppose

He kind of knew when the passion was gone

He knew when she no longer liked the words in his favourite song

He knew when the wedding was hastily delayed

He knew then that his trust for her had already been betrayed

He kind of knew when she no longer offered her charms

He knew she was elsewhere swearing love in someone else's arms

He kind of knew but hoped it would falter

He knew; but still dreamed of one day walking with her down the altar

What he didn't know was why?

What he didn't know was who?

What he didn't know was the deceit?

What he didn't know was you?

Now, alone, he looks back at the 'special times'

Thinks about his flowers and cards and rhymes

Thinks back at when they had sex

Thinks back andknows she was fucking him knowing he was gonna be her ex

Remembers when he was being creative and trying so hard

Remembers her feeling inadequate because of his flowers and card

Remembers when he was looking after the house when she was away

He'd ask her how her night was and she'd have nothing to say

He kind of knew by the secrecy and the deceit

He kind of knew when he found random items on a hidden receipt

He kind of knew by her underwear drawer

He knew cos he'd filled it for her but still she bought more

He knew cos she began hiding his things away

He knew when she said she was at work and she'd been to Cheltenham with him for the day

He knew when she forgot all about her Mum and Dad

He knew she was not at work but with him; and that made him feel sad

He knew that he had tried his very best

He knows now that he is not enough and she wants to look and try the rest

He knows inside that she loves him still

He knows that she thinks no man satisfies her in bed like himor has his skill

What he doesn't know is, should he wait?

What he doesn't know is, his fate?

What he doesn't know is, what do do now?

What he doesn't know is, how to let her go somehow?
