In the Darkness...

Poetry By: stevie

Thinking of you lying next to me in the darkness...

The darkness doesn't blind me
From your body's form.
It is etched in my mind,
Forever sweet and warm.

The darkness does not veil
Your body's dark space.
Oh the perfect sculpture
For my hands to give shape.

The darkness can not hide
Your body's tight flesh.
For my tongue, my finger's---
An exquisite canvas.

The darkness can't cover
Your body's fine frame.
Nor my primal urges
Could it ever contain.

The darkness can't conceal
Your body's soft place.
My meal to devour,
A feast of your sweet tastes.
