I walked into Eli's arms. She hugged him. It was the day of the graduation. She saw tears and she wiped away those tears. "We'll be together soon." I said. "But I'll be in Europe and you're stuck here." he said. "I can't leave my family in their minds it's bad enough that we're in a relationship." I said. He couldn't look at me. "Hey, I don't care what they think I love.-" I said. He kissed me and it kind of caught me off guard. I wrapped my arms around his neck. He picked me up and kissed me. He put me down. "I'm so sad I'm not graduating but by next year we'll have a baby." I said. "You're pregnant?" he asked. "Yes." I said. "How pregnant are you?" he asked. "Three months." I said. "Are you mad?" I asked. "No, this is wonderful." he said. He kissed me. He took his seat and I sat with the graduating class. After two hours, at sunset, graduation caps were throwing up in the air. Eli walked up toward me. He got on one knee. "Kiamesha." he said. "Yes?" I asked. "Will you marry me?" he asked. "Yes." I said. My mom was crying. She congratulated us and went we went home.

I dreamed I was walking down the street and the streets were empty and the smell of adventure and the lust for the unknown was all over me. I was smiling and my mind was wandering slightly to my sexual fantasies. I kept walking. It began to pour. I was running for cover. When I felt like I was being looked at or stared at. I picked up my pace. Suddenly I stopped. I saw someone sitting in the middle of the street. I was surprised. What was a person doing sitting in the middle of the street at 3:30 A.M? Something had to be wrong. I reached my hand out. My alarm clock rang.

I woke up and saw a note on my dresser. Be careful. "Be careful." I read. I looked at my belly. I saw that I was just starting to show. I was overjoyed when I realized I was now a mom. I heard a knock. I grabbed my book bag. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. My mom was in her pajamas and making breakfast. "Morning." I said. "Morning." she said. "Did you sleep well?" she asked. "I had the most weird dream." I said. I sat and ate. I opened my bookbag. All my books spilled out. My mom picked up the note. "From Eli?" she asked. "Yes." I said. "Tell me about it." she said. "What?" I asked. "The dream, tell me about it." she said. "Is that normal, to have weird dreams when you're pregnant?" I asked. "Hormones, you know." she said. "Oh, OK then." I said. She sat with me. "What did you dream of?" she asked. "I dreamt I was walking down the street and someone was sitting in the middle of the street." I said, Her eyebrows rose. "That's-." she said. We heard a car horn. I walked outside. I saw someone looking at me. A male with the blue sapphire eyes was looking my way. I saw a house that I didn't recognize. My mom came out. "Was that house always there before?" I asked. "Abandoned." she said. "I see." I said. "Looks like we have new neighbors." she said. "We should go and say hi." I said. She walked with me. "Hello, we're from across the street, we're your neighbors." she said. I saw a woman. "I'm Miss. Johnson and this is my grandson, Trevor." Miss. Johnson said. "Hi, I'm Kiamesha, and this is my mom." I said. "Hello." Trevor said. "Come inside." Miss. Johnson said.

We all sat in the living room. "When are you due?" Johnson asked. "February." I said. "Boy or girl." Trevor asked. "As long as he or she is healthy that's all that matters." I said. I rubbed my stomach. "Are you engaged also?" Miss. Johnson asked.. "Yes." I said. "Wow." Miss. Johnson said. "It's beautiful, like you are." he said. "Thank you." I said. He looked at me. "He's a lucky man." he said. I blushed. "Thanks." I said.Something about the way he looked at me brought me so much comfort. However, when I looked at him, he smiled. I sat down. He held his eyes on me. I smiled. "Are you OK?" my mom asked. "Yeah." I said. "Can I get some water?" I asked. "Sure, I'll get it." he said. "Thanks." I said. "Your welcome." he said. He walked into the kitchen. "He likes you." she teased. "I can think, but I'm pregnant." I said. "Yeah." she said. He came back. He handed me the cup. "Here you go." he said. "Would you like something to eat?" Miss. Johnson asked. "No." I said. "No." my mom said. "Thanks." I said. "Your welcome." he said. He smiled at me and I drunk. "Congrats." he said. "Thank you." I said.

A text to me phone. Hey. -Eli. I smiled. I excused myself. I went into the bathroom. I dialed Eli's number. "Hello?" he asked. "Hi, babe, it's Kiamesha." I said. "Hi." he said. "Hi." I said. "How are you?" he asked. "I'm good." I said. "How's the baby?" he asked. "Fine." I said. "Where are you?" he asked. "At our new neighbor's house." I said. "That's nice." he said. "How are you?" I asked. "I'm fine." he said. "That's good." I said. "Where are you?" I asked. "At the park." he said. "Can you come get me I'm so bored." I said. "On my way." he said.

I walked back to the living room. I saw Eli outside. "It was nice meeting you Trevor." I said. "Be careful." he said. My mom came with me and smiled when saw Eli. "Hello Elijah." she said. "Hi, how are you?" he asked. "I'm fine." she said. The sky turned a dark grey. It began to pour. We walked inside. Eli and I sat on the couch. "Are you guys hungry?" she asked. "Starving." I said. "Me too." he said. We sat to the table and ate fruit. "Are you guys going somewhere?" my mom asked."No." I said. "Are we?" I asked. "No." he said. "Can you stay for dinner?" I asked. "Sure." he said.
